Prices listed are starting prices and may vary depending on the time and product required for your hair. For a more accurate quote, you're always welcome to book a consultation.

Haircut prices include your finish & style. Colour prices cover the colour service only, with your chosen finish & style or haircut added separately. Treatments and any additional product required will also be added where applicable.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Kitche, we truly value your time, and ours too 💚 Our goal is to keep appointments running smoothly and make the best use of the time available in the salon.

Deposits
A 50% deposit is required for new clients booking online and for bookings made over the phone or in salon. Your deposit goes towards the total cost of your appointment.

If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to your next appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours will result in the 50% deposit being forfeited, or a 50% cancellation fee where no deposit has been paid.

No-shows may be required to pay 50% of the missed appointment before booking again. Repeated late cancellations or changes may require pre-payment for future appointments.

Payment Security
Online deposit payments are processed securely through PayPal. Kitche does not store or have direct access to your card details.
